So I ran over this diagram of a palpation via rectum (which for your viewing pleasure has been screened and laid atop some erect Adonis) and I thought well hell do we ever really think about what's going on up there ... I might as well post this. I mean, who knows how many rookie gays, curious straights, or empowered women are reading this blog. (I have no idea; Site Meter only tells me so much.) And hot damn if I'd be the one to enlighten some poor soul about milking his prostate in self-love, mutual masturbation or coupled anal play. For the non-believers, here is why gays love gay sex anal stimulation and why straight men should too (strikethrough to avoid perpetrating a stereotype).

We've all heard about that infamous G-spot located on, or rather "in", a woman's body. Do men have G-spots? Well, technically they don't, but there is a spot on their bodies that makes them crazy. This magical male part is the prostate.

The prostate is a small gland, about the size of a condom, located within the perineum -- the area between your testicles and anus. It secretes prostatic fluid, the main component of semen. When the prostate is stimulated, it can intensify a man's orgasm like crazy. The prostate can be reached internally by inserting a lubricated finger in the anus, or for the bolder ones, sex toys. Gently massaging that gland can produce explosive orgasms for many men.

In the beginning of the 20th century, many wives used a steel device that was sold at the time to manually massage their husband's prostate during lovemaking. And during World War II, military medics gave prostate massages to soldiers who hadn't been with a woman for months as a treatment for "pelvic congestion."

Whereas some men only like to have their prostate touched when they're fully aroused, others feel that having their prostate stimulated increases their erection and leads to the best orgasms they've ever experienced.

There are even cases in which men don't even need to have their penises stimulated because the feeling that comes from the prostate's manipulation is stimulation enough to achieve full blown orgasms (I use the term "blown" loosely!).

Remember that in order to completely explore this erogenous zone with your partner, you need to feel comfortable, experimental and playful! Since everyone is different and enjoys different things, experimentation is the best way to discover your preferences.

Mind you, I'm not advocating recruitment ... only that if you and your girlfriend could appreciate your errogenous zone, maybe your fear and loathing of gays could be replaced with a little bit of understanding. I mean, when it feels this good, can you blame us for bending over so readily?
